President’s Scholarships
President’s Scholarships continues to be the most prestigious merit award granted by CSULB. In its 25-year history, President’s Scholarships have served as a competitive recruitment tool to attract and retain some of the best and brightest students across California and the country. Each of the 115 Scholars enrolled at CSULB, are accomplished in their own right – top graduates of their high schools, leaders in their field of study, active across campus, and involved in their communities. President’s Scholars raise the bar for their peers and for the university, and their contributions and leadership will leave a mark on the world.
Graduate Equity Fellowship
The Graduate Equity Fellowship (GEF) provides financial support to master’s and doctoral students who contribute to diversity, advance equity, and/or promote/contribute to the public good in their field of study either via scholarship, research, and creative efforts.

The Long Beach State Promise Award provides critical support for local students striving to earn a college degree. This $500 scholarship is exclusively for CSULB students who graduated from Long Beach schools.
