100+ Women Strong is a powerful initiative at CSULB’s College of Engineering, dedicated to inspiring, recruiting, and supporting more women to pursue and succeed in engineering careers. By providing direct access to a diverse network of successful women engineers and computer scientists, the program fosters a sense of belonging and helps students develop a strong "engineering identity."
Through meaningful mentorship and exposure to real-world engineering challenges, students gain confidence, a deeper understanding of their field, and increased career readiness. 100+ Women Strong helps women at CSULB not only complete their degrees but also secure internships and make valuable connections, ensuring they are well-prepared to launch into successful careers as engineers.
